no-fail fried rice 

1 cup cooked brown rice
2 eggs, scrambled
2/3 cup carrots, sliced
2/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup edamame
handful of chopped spinach
1 tbsp of oyster sauce 

Cook eggs, set aside.
Cook carrots and mushroom, add a bit of garlic for extra flavor.
Mix the rice, eggs, edamame and spinach with mushrooms and carrots. Add oyster sauce. Mix well. Serve.
Good for two people :)
